Welcome to the GC Books online second hand book store. We are pleased to be able to offer over 30,000 titles in stock, delivered direct to your door.

G C Books Ltd is based near to Wigtown, Scotland’s National Book Town and currently carries a stock of approximately 30,000 books, housed in our warehouse at Bladnoch, one mile from Wigtown. Our stock is mostly second hand and includes a wide and varied subject range but our largest catalogues are Antiquarian, Scottish Interest, History - particularly Military History, Theology and Topography.

G C Books Ltd is also a publisher of local history titles and also offers a Free Book Search Service for hard to find titles and out of print books.

In addition we are pleased to be able to offer approximately 700,000 new books through the Solway Books website www.solwaybooks.co.uk. with discounts up to 30% and free postage on orders over £15.00 placed through that website. Solway Books is located 30 miles away in the nearby town of Kirkcudbright.
