Terms and ConditionsThe following terms and conditions apply to purchases made on the website. The contract for the purchases made through the website will be between you the customer and G C Books Ltd, Unit 10, Bladnoch Bridge Estate, Wigtown, Wigtownshire, DG8 9AB. G C Books Ltd must receive payment in full, including any delivery charges before the goods will be dispatched. Customer orders will be confirmed by email once the order is received. Customers will be advised of any additional postage charges prior to processing the order. An email will be sent when the order is dispatch. All confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods dispatched are in the condition described on the website and well packaged, however in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit please contact us by email and we will advise you how to proceed. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be made via Paypal to the email address from which the payment was originally received. Goods may be returned if you are not completely satisfied providing that any protective packaging has not been removed. A returns authorisation number must be obtained from G C Books Ltd before goods can be returned. To arrange this please email gcbooks@btinternet.com . A full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Neither G C Books Ltd employees or other representative will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site in any way.
